Products
All Pitch Studio products are digital downloads — treatment templates, guidebooks, and related resources. Product descriptions, compatibility information, and previews are available on each product page before purchase.
Purchases & Payment
Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Digital Downloads & Access
Upon successful payment you will receive a download link by email and access through your account. Files are available immediately. It is your responsibility to download and store your files — we cannot guarantee indefinite access to download links.
Refunds
Because all products are digital with instant access, all sales are final once files have been downloaded or accessed. Exceptions are reviewed individually for technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details.
License
Purchasing a Pitch Studio product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the templates for your own commercial and creative work — including client pitches, treatments, and presentations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with third parties.
Intellectual Property
Pitch Studio template layouts, design systems, and written content are the intellectual property of Pitch Studio. Reference imagery used within templates — including film stills, music video frames, and visual references — is sourced from third parties and is not owned by Pitch Studio. Such imagery is used for creative reference purposes, consistent with standard treatment and pitch industry practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage Pitch Studio products or their constituent files.
Limitation of Liability
Pitch Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
